Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
KratkoAI ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted support dashboard for managing Telegram conversations. This policy explains what data we process and why. It is a starting template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — name and email, via our auth provider (Clerk), when you sign in.
- Support conversations — Telegram messages routed to your workspace, including sender name/username, message text, status, priority, and timestamps.
- Operational data — settings, tags, internal notes, and usage needed to run the dashboard.
2. How we use it
- To display and manage support tickets and generate AI-suggested replies.
- To authenticate you and keep your session secure.
- To improve reliability and the quality of the service.
3. Processors & sub-processors
We rely on these providers to operate the service:
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage (D1/KV), and AI inference.
- Clerk — authentication and identity.
- Telegram — message delivery to/from end users.
- OpenRouter / Workers AI — AI reply generation.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and operate the dashboard. We do not use advertising cookies. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner.
5. Data retention
We retain support conversations and account data for as long as your workspace is active, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time (see your rights below).
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We aim to respond within 30 days.
